.gitignore / CLAUDE.md / .gitattributes を上書きせずマージする仕組みを追加．
初回同期での既存ファイル破壊（Flutter .gitignore 上書き等）を防ぐ．

- マージ必須ファイルセクション追加（方針・理由の明文化）
- ステップ 4 に差分プレビューを追加（取り込み前に影響範囲を提示）
- ステップ 5 を 5.1〜5.6 に分割し，ファイル別マージ手順を規定
  - .gitignore: テンプレートの実効行を追記（既存行は不変）
  - CLAUDE.md: AI がセクション単位で Edit（プロジェクト固有セクションは保持）
  - .gitattributes: 差分表示 → ユーザーが上書き/マージ/スキップを選択
- 注意事項に「テンプレート管理範囲」を明記
