[fix] ruff check の既存違反 299 件を解消し依存更新の検証スイートに組み込む
- ruff.toml の行長を 88 → 100 に緩和し，テンプレート管理の .claude/ を対象外に - I001・F401 を自動修正，F841 と行長 100 超の E501 26 件を手で修正（挙動・出力文字列は不変） - scripts をリポジトリ外 cwd から起動するスモークテスト test_script_entrypoints.py を追加 - coding-style.md の行長記述，ENV_04 の検証スイート（uv run ruff check . を追加），PROGRESS.md を更新 Refs #15 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
